If you simply wish to purchase one or more copies, but do not wish to commit yourself to a monthly amount, simply send 20 dollars (U.S.) for each copy you desire and we will get them to you via priority mail.

If you are a church and would like to order in quantity, call us for a price.  Our main objective here is, of course, to afford the opportunity for as many as possible to obtain a copy.
